LPCC, LCSW, LMFT Addiction Counseling LPCC, LCSW, LMFT Addiction Counseling Therapist wanted to join our growing addictions team at our outpatient facility in Crestview Hills, KY. This position is full time, 40 hours per week. Generous benefits package offered, including an annual CME stipend. Qualified applicants must hold an active KY license in one of the following: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT. CADC or LDAC strongly preferred. Responsibilities include: Receive referrals from physicians and APPs. Assess the behavioral health status of patients. Provide counseling therapy utilizing evidenced based practices related to substance use disorders. Formulate diagnosis of mild to moderate mental health conditions and/or substance abuse. Develop and implement short-term and long-term counseling plans for patients. Consult with medical director/providers regarding complex cases regarding prescription medications. Identify patients who require emergency treatment. Maintain accurate documentation of counseling sessions, assessments, interventions, and recommendations. The perfect candidate will have a passion to make a difference in addiction recovery and should be seasoned in MAT therapy.
